Yes Bank on the US$ 1.1 Billion fund raising from global PE investors Advent International and the Carlyle Group

AZB & Partners advised Yes Bank in the proposed fund raising of US$ 1.1 Billion (approx INR 8900 Crores) from global PE investors Advent International and the Carlyle Group. Upon completion, this would be one of the largest private capital raises by an Indian private sector bank
