AZB & Partners is advising IDFC FIRST Bank Limited on the proposed merger of IDFC Limited and IDFC Financial Holding Company Limited with it by way of a composite scheme of amalgamation. This is the second major merger in the banking space in the last few years after the HDFC Limited and HDFC Bank consolidation.
