AZB & Partners advised Adobe on its acquisition of ‘Rephrase.ai’, an artificial intelligence-powered video creation tool. With this acquisition, Adobe aims to integrate Rephrase.ai’s technology stack and AI-powered tools into its existing video editing platform.
