Amendments to ULA, PMTSL, UASL Agreement, ULA-VNO, ILD and NLD License for Adjusted Gross Revenue

The DOT has, by way of Notification dated October 25, 2021, amended ULA, ULA-VNO and unified access services license (‘UASL’) agreement, in order to introduce changes to the adjusted gross revenue computation. The public mobile trunking service license (‘PMTSL’), NLD and ILD license has also been amended by way of Notifications dated October 27, 2021 and dated October 28, 2021, respectively.

Certain key changes introduced by the DOT include: (i) the definition of ‘gross revenue’ has been aligned across all the agreements and licenses mentioned above; (ii) a new definition has been introduced for applicable gross revenue and adjusted gross revenue.
