AZB & Partners advised Axis Capital, DAM Capital Advisors and JM Financial on the IPO by Uniparts India Limited

AZB & Partners advised the book running lead managers, being Axis Capital Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited and JM Financial Limited in relation to the initial public offering (“IPO”) of equity shares of face value of INR 10 each (“Equity Shares”), by Uniparts India Limited, which was undertaken by way of an offer for sale of Equity Shares by the selling shareholders, for an amount aggregating to INR 8.35 billion.
