TPG in Temasek’s proposed acquisition of controlling stake in Manipal Hospitals

AZB & Partners is acting as the counsel for TPG in Temasek’s proposed acquisition of controlling stake in Manipal Hospitals. The transaction, regarded as one of the largest private equity transactions in the healthcare segment in India, will see stake sale by TPG Asia VI and an investment by TPG’s new Asia fund – TPG Asia VIII.
