AZB represented Larsen & Toubro Limited on its buyback of equity shares, which aggregated to approximately ₹ 100 billion (₹ 3,200 per equity share), and is the largest share buyback this year till date.
The buyback was undertaken on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route, using the stock exchange mechanism.
