TA Associates in BPEA EQT’s acquisition of a majority stake in Indira IVF

AZB & Partners is acting for TA Associates, a selling shareholder, in BPEA EQT’s acquisition of a majority stake in Indira IVF. Indira IVF is a market leader in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) services in India and among the top five players globally.

Our deal team comprises of our Senior Partner Darshika Kothari and Partner Vasudha Asher. They were assisted on some documentation aspects by our Partner Kritika Agarwal and Associate Sudev Singh Juneja.
