COVID-19: Business Continuity Plan

Given the challenges posed by the rapidly spreading COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to ensuring business continuity for our clients whilst doing all we can to protect the interests of our people.

We have shifted to a “Work From Home” model with a partial lockdown of our physical facilities (which will function with skeletal staff to deal with the urgent requirements of our clients and lawyers). We have also restricted travel, internationally and domestically. This model will continue until March 24, 2020, but may be extended as we continually review the fast-evolving situation. We will keep you informed. We are not closed but are working from home.

Our lawyers continue to work on your matters and remain available to assist you. As part of our business continuity plan, we have in place supporting infrastructure that will enable our lawyers a complete remote access to all our systems to continue to advise and assist you efficiently, whilst preserving confidentiality. This includes the availability of video conferencing, teleconferencing, document sharing capabilities and other tech-enabled tools. Please be assured that there will be no disruption in our service delivery capabilities.

Should you have any apprehension about the recent developments and their impact on your business or investments or require related assistance, please feel free to reach out to your contacts at our Firm via e-mail or phone.

We would recommend that physical meetings take place only when absolutely essential, irrespective of the number of attendees expected. Our offices are adequately sanitized and we have implemented additional cleaning and hygiene measures.

Our management team is focused on monitoring, responding to and meeting the special COVID-19 requirements of our clients and can be contacted for any assistance you require or any concerns you have at bcp@azbpartners.com.

We wish you and your near and dear ones continued good health and pray that this pandemic is contained and that a cure/prevention is soon found.

Best regards,
The AZB & Partners Team
