Nandish Vyas is an experienced corporate lawyer with considerable experience in corporate acquisitions and private equity investments.

He has assisted regulators in framing rules for corporate and competition laws and is recognised for his work by leading publications and journals. Prior to focusing on corporate transactions, he was a Research Assistant for India’s leading income–tax commentary and a commercial litigation lawyer.
