With over 11+ years of experience, Nitika Jain specializes in banking, structured finance, insolvency, private equity and general corporate related matters. Nitika represents banks, financial institutions, foreign portfolio investors and foreign and domestic equity holders in complex domestic and cross-border debt and equity transactions, debenture and equity issuances (unlisted), combinations of debt and equity structures, mezzanine finance transactions, securitisation and assignment transactions and inter-creditor arrangements. Nitika has also advised clients on structuring and setting up of various types of alternative investment funds (AIFs), including private equity funds and debt funds in India, and has also represented these funds before the regulatory authorities in India.

Nitika has graduated from Government Law College, University of Mumbai and is also a qualified chartered accountant.
