Rohit Bajaj specialises in Real Estate, with 18 years’ extensive experience in real estate advisory, land acquisitions and joint ventures for land, commercial spaces, residential township projects, IPOs, warehouse projects and SEZs. He advises PE investors, real estate developers, institutional lenders and borrowers on their real estate transactions, JVs and construction development projects. Rohit’s work involves assisting with due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, purchases and transfers of property, assisting clients with setting up properties in India, debt asset swap transactions, IBC matters and RERA advisory.
