With over 17 years of experience, Roopali Singh specialises in Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency. Roopali handles complex corporate, commercial and insolvency disputes. Her litigation experience extends to representing multinationals, private equity funds, government and quasi–government agencies before all major fora, including India’s Supreme Court, State High Courts, regulatory bodies, and quasi–judicial tribunals. Roopali also represents Indian and foreign companies in arbitrations under all leading institutional rules, including SIAC, ICC and LCIA and in ad hoc arbitrations in leading international seats, including London, Singapore and Mumbai.
