Practice Area
I’d like to see a deeper engagement develop between Indian law firms and academia/ law universities.
Shreya Rao co–heads the firm’s private client practice and is recognised for her experience advising high net worth clients on succession planning, family governance and wills. One international private client lawyer reports: “She is incredibly smart generally, technically very sound – understanding both the complexities of US and Indian trust and tax law – and she approaches issues very creatively.
