With over 13 years of experience, Siddharth Khanna is a part of the Firm’s Corporate/ M&A practice. Siddharth acts for corporate clients, private equity houses and investment banks on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, large commercial contracts, equity, and debt capital markets transactions. He also advises a wide range of clients on corporate governance and regulatory investigations. Siddharth holds an LL.M. from University College, London.
