This function provides clerical and administrative support that facilitates efficient operations, from equipment, facilities and event management, to filing and court clerk duties.
Our HR arm manages the complete lifecycle of every employee, from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement and development. It also maintains the HRMS, generating reports, analytics, policies and SOPs.
This includes the creation and maintenance of financial statements, cash flow reports, records keeping and the management of all internal and external audits, controls and tax functions.
Business Development manages our legal directory and award submissions, deal reporting and the creation of marketing and communications collateral, including social media and newsletters.
This is the custodian of the Firm’s internal and external training and knowledge updates. It also manages our legal databases, Manupatra, SCC online and the KM Portal.
Digitisation demands 24x7 IT support and the seamless running of all systems and applications, from our virtual secure and email platforms to updated and glitch-free Timely, MS Office, iManage, and more.
