Excelerate Energy on its strategic joint venture with Invenire Petrodyne

AZB & Partners advised Excelerate Energy on its strategic joint venture with Invenire Petrodyne for the joint development and operation of a floating LNG terminal at the Haldia Dock Complex (Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port). This deal, which was signed at the momentous India Energy Week 2026, will mark Excelerate’s first investment in India and once developed, will be India’s first floating LNG terminal at a major port.
