Bridging regulatory and operational complexities with cross–border expertise.

The Firm’s partners and senior lawyers are uniquely suited to lead and deliver bespoke advice on sophisticated and complex structured aircraft leasing and finance deals, hybrid instrument issuances, aviation M&A and equity transactions, often across multiple legal regulations.
