AZB & Partners acted for United Spirits Limited on its sale of 100% equity stake held in its wholly owned subsidiary Royal Challengers Sports Private Limited (franchise holder for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru IPL and WPL teams) to a consortium of Aditya Birla Group, The Times of India Group, Bolt Ventures and Blackstone, for a total consideration of INR 166.6 billion in an all cash transaction.
