AZB & Partners acted for Tekno Point Multimedia India Private Limited (“Tekno”), a marketing agency specializing in Adobe DX solutions, and its promoters on the acquisition of a 100% stake in Tekno by DEPT Holding B.V. (“Dept”), a global digital agency.
