AZB & Partners advised a leading global manufacturer of lighting solutions and systems in a commercial arbitration arising out of a business agreement.

The firm represented the client throughout the arbitration as well as on the proceedings before the High Court of Delhi, High Court of Punjab and Haryana and the District Court at Gurugram and secured a favorable arbitral award, marking a significant victory in a complex, high-value commercial dispute.

The matter was led by Partners Kamal Shankar and Dr. Abhimanyu Chopra with support from Senior Associate Aman Chaudhary and Associate Kushagra Jain.
