American Lifestyle and Performance Footwear Company before the Delhi High Court in relation to a commercial suit

AZB & Partners advised and represented an American Lifestyle and Performance Footwear Company before the Delhi High Court in relation to a commercial suit. After having successfully secured a first-of-its-kind order/decree in the year 2018 granting payment of actual legal costs, the Firm recently also successfully defended a review application challenging the assessment and calculation of the actual legal costs granted by the taxing officer in terms of the amendments to the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018 and was also able to secure a favourable order whereby the Court upheld the decision passed by the taxing officer.
