L&T on the sale by L&T & CPPIB of their entire shareholding in L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited to Epic Concesiones Private Limited

AZB & Partners advised Larsen & Toubro Limited on the sale by Larsen & Toubro Limited and CPPIB of their entire shareholding in L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited to Epic Concesiones Pvt. Ltd., a portfolio company of Infrastructure Yield Plus II, an infrastructure fund managed by Edelweiss Alternatives. The transaction value is approximately INR 27,234 million before closing adjustments and other terms of the transaction.

The deal team comprised of our Senior Partner Gautam Ganjawala, Partner Qais Jamal, Counsel Vivek Pillai, Senior Associate Bhargavy Ramesh, Associates Anmol Jain, VEDANT CHURI, Upasana Soni, Sanghamitra Sengupta, Prithviraj Khanna and Himanshu Anshwani.
