JM Financial, DAM Capital Advisors, IIFL Securities and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities India (book running lead managers) in relation to the IPO of Avalon Technologies

AZB & Partners recently advised the book running lead managers, being JM Financial Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, IIFL Securities Limited and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited in relation to the initial public offering of the equity shares of Avalon Technologies Limited, which was undertaken by way of a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholders, aggregating to INR 8,650 million.
