Ester Filmtech Limited in relation to the development, operation, maintenance, and procurement of power.

AZB & Partners advised Ester Filmtech Limited in relation to the development, operation, maintenance, and procurement of power from a solar project with a capacity of 1700 (+/-10%) kWp (One Thousand Seven Hundred Kilowatt-Peak, plus or minus ten percent), located at Chandanvelly, Hyderabad, Telangana. The transaction was undertaken with BE Onsite Solar Energy Private Limited, pursuant to which the solar project is being implemented on an onsite basis for supply of solar power to Ester Filmtech Limited.

The team was led by Anuja Tiwari, along with Mallika Anand and Aayushi Kulshrestha, with special thanks to Ankit Tandon.
