AZB & Partners recently advised F.I.L.A. – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. (“FILA”) on its sale of equity shares as part of the initial public offering by DOMS Industries Limited (“DOMS”), and as one of the promoters of DOMS. The IPO, which was undertaken by way of a fresh issuance and an offer for sale, aggregated to ₹ 12,000 million.
