AZB & Partners advised Green Gene Enviro Protection and Infrastructure Limited (“GGEPIL”), part of Luthra Group, an environmental infrastructure company engaged in the manufacturing of alternative fuels from industrial hazardous waste, on its first private equity round led by JM Financial India Growth Fund III (acting through its Investment Manager, JM Financial Limited), with participation from SRF family office.
