InCred Wealth and Investment Services on acquisition of Kaynta Labs Pvt. Ltd., and Rose Audio Visuals Pvt. Ltd.

AZB & Partners acted for InCred Wealth and Investment Services on the acquisition of ~18% stake in Kaynta Labs Pvt. Ltd., makers of turmeric-based beauty products under the brand ‘Miracles of Turmeric’.

We also advised InCred Wealth and Investment Services on acquiring a ~20% stake in Rose Audio Visuals Pvt. Ltd., an audio-visual content company.

Our Team comprised of Senior Partner Anand Shah, Partner Harshil Dalal and Associate Yashvi Bhagat for both these transactions.
