Independent directors of Aster DM Healthcare, relation to the proposed sale of its GCC Business for US$ 1.7 billion

AZB & Partners represented the independent directors of Aster DM Healthcare, leading hospital and pharmacy chain, in relation to the proposed sale of its GCC Business. The transaction values the GCC business at an enterprise value of US$ 1.7 billion (INR 13,540 crores), and an equity value of US$ 1.0 billion (INR 8,215 crores).
