KKR on the proposed sale of their stake in Virescent Renewable Energy Trust to India Grid Trust for INR 4,000 crores

AZB is advising KKR on the proposed sale of their stake in Virescent Renewable Energy Trust to India Grid Trust for ~INR 4,000 crores. Once completed, this will be the first deal in which an InvIT acquires another InvIT.
