Oil and Natural Gas Limited (ONGC), Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), and ONGC Petro additions Limited (OPaL) in setting up a JV company, ONGC Petrochemicals Marketing Limited (OPML) for integrated marketing of petrochemical products.

AZB & Partners advised Oil and Natural Gas Limited (ONGC), Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), and ONGC Petro additions Limited (OPaL) in setting up a JV company, ONGC Petrochemicals Marketing Limited (OPML) for integrated marketing of petrochemical products. The team prepared the JV agreement, AoA/MoA and assisted in incorporation of the company over a period of 2 months of extensive negotiations between ONGC, MRPL and OPaL.

The deal team comprised of our Senior Partner Anuja Tiwari; along with Counsel Shikhar Thukral; Senior Associate Tanusmita Ghosal; and Associates Uday Sehgal, Aparna Tiwari, and Tattvi Pandit.
