AZB & Partners advised Tata Consultancy Services on the Indian legal aspects of its proposed acquisition of Management-und IT-Beratung GmbH (MHP), which is the IT consulting arm of Porsche, for an enterprise value of EUR 320 million.

This acquisition is a part of a strategic partnership between TCS and Porsche to drive AI transformation, anchored in next-generation manufacturing technologies and software-defined mobility. Pursuant to the acquisition, Porsche has executed a five-year strategic deal with MHP and TCS with anticipated revenues of EUR 1.25 billion.

The deal team comprised of our Senior Partner Ashwath Rau and Partner Prerak Ved, along with Senior Associate Abhay Raj Singh Bundela, Associates Akash Kumar Prasad and Vibhuti Kaushik, and Articled Clerk Mehar Kalra.
