AZB & Partners is advising USV Private Limited (USV) on its acquisition of Nutritionalab Private Limited, an India based company operating in the nutraceutical and D2C segment with a product portfolio including vitamins, minerals, protein, collagen, omega supplements and other wellness products at a valuation of approx. INR 1600 crores.
