AZB & Partners advised Axis Max Life Insurance Limited (“Company”), Max Financial Services Limited (“MFSL”) and its promoters, in relation to inter alia, execution of definitive agreements for exercise of certain future arrangements (including a proposed amalgamation of MFSL into the Company, subject to regulatory approvals) as agreed with the Axis Bank and its subsidiaries (which collectively hold ~19.02% in the Company).
