E Point Zero Holding (“ePointZero”) on a joint venture with an affiliate of Adani Green Energy

AZB & Partners represented E Point Zero Holding (“ePointZero”) – the energy and infrastructure platform of 2PointZero and part of International Holding Company group of companies – on a joint venture with an affiliate of Adani Green Energy to establish the joint venture focused on the development, construction and operation of renewable energy assets in India.

Minerva Holding RSC, wholly-owned by ePointZero, will serve as the joint venture platform through which projects will be pursued. Adani Green Energy’s investment represents an up to 20% interest in Minerva Holding.
