AZB & Partners advised Hygenco Green Energy Private Limited (“Hygenco”) in connection with its fund raise into the company. A consortium of International Finance Corporation (“IFC”), Siemens Financial Services (the B2B financing arm of Siemens AG) (“Siemens”), and Fullerton Carbon Action Fund (“Fullerton”) have executed the definitive agreements for USD 105 million equity investment, marking one of the largest private capital commitments to India’s green hydrogen sector.
