Pranjal Bhattacharya is a Partner in the Delhi office and specializes in the Energy, Infrastructure and Sustainability sectors. With more than 10 years of experience, his expertise includes advising on all aspects of project development and operation including bankability analysis, mergers and acquisitions, entry-level strategies, transaction structures and advising on the regulatory framework governing project development at the Central level and across various states in India; conducting and advising on bid processes including risk analysis of government tenders; drafting and reviewing tender documents and concession agreements; drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement and construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts and power purchase agreements. His key areas of practice include conventional and renewable energy, carbon off-sets and new energies, railways and metros, defense, roads, ports, oil and gas, mining and urban infrastructure such as water and waste management.
