Aditi Tambi, Counsel is part of the Delhi office. Aditi has over 10 years of experience in dispute resolution, with a focus on commercial arbitrations, both domestic and international. She has been involved in numerous high stake and complex construction and engineering disputes across sectors such as renewable and non-renewable energy, railways, roads and highways and civil construction. Aditi also has extensive experience in corporate and commercial litigation and advisory, covering matters ranging from intricate shareholder conflicts and corporate governance to demergers. She also represents and advises clients on economic offences and white-collar crimes.
