Indian Semiconductor Mission and Deloitte in connection with the grant of fiscal incentive of INR 47 crores to CDIL Semiconductors Private Limited.

AZB & Partners acted as a legal counsel for Indian Semiconductor Mission and Deloitte in connection with the grant of fiscal incentive of INR 47 crores to CDIL Semiconductors Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Continental Device Private Limited, for brownfield expansion of the establishment of wirebond and clipbond unit in Mohali, Punjab. The facility will have a committed capacity of 158.38 million units per month. The total estimated project cost is approximately INR 117.73 crores.
