Repeal of Regulation on Quality of Service of Dial-Up and Leased Line Internet Access Service, 2001

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has notified the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Repealing Regulations, 2023. It repeals the Regulation on Quality of Service of Dial-Up and Leased Line Internet Access Service, 2001 (‘QoS Regulation’) effective July 25, 2023, without affecting the previous operation of the QoS Regulation as well as validity, invalidity, effect or consequences of anything already done or any previous action taken under the QoS Regulation.
