AZB & Partners advised Welspun Enterprises Ltd and BIIF Infrastructure II (wholly owned subsidiary of Build India Infrastructure Fund managed by Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisor LLP) on the sale of Aunta-Simaria (Ganga Bridge with Approach Roads), which is India’s widest extradosed cable-stayed bridge on Ganga River, by Welspun to BIIF.
