Wistron Group on the sale of 100% of Wistron Infocomm Manufacturing (India) Private Limited (engaged in Iphone manufacturing) to Tata Electronics Private Limited.

AZB & Partners advised the Wistron Group on the sale of 100% of Wistron Infocomm Manufacturing (India) Private Limited (engaged in Iphone manufacturing) to Tata Electronics Private Limited. This deal is considered to be major milestone in electronic manufacturing industries in India, making the acquirer the first Indian company to manufacture iPhones.
