Kirthi is part of the Competition / Antitrust practice of the firm. He advises clients across automotive, energy, financial services, infrastructure, retail, telecom and other sectors on a full gamut of competition law and policy related issues, such as merger filings, risk assessment in relation to go-to market strategy, pricing structures, channel selection etc., enforcement matters (with specific emphasis on cartel defence), and conducting compliance training.
