Shruti Garg, Partner is a part of the Delhi office. Shruti has 12 years of experience and specializes in Dispute Resolution. Shruti regularly represents and advises clients on infrastructure contracts and disputes, including contracts dealing with the construction of roadway, highway, metro rail projects, and EPC related contracts. She also has expertise in advising and representing clients in regulatory and governance issues.

Shruti regularly appears before international and domestic tribunals in high stake complex disputes. Her fora of practice include Supreme Court, various High Courts, various Tribunals and Arbitral Tribunals constituted under SIAC, ICC, MCIA etc.
