Shruti is a lawyer with more than 15 years of professional experience. She specialises in transaction tax aspects related to mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, and corporate taxation.

During the course of her career, Shruti has advised many leading clients engaged in a variety of sectors including IT/ITeS, manufacturing, FMCG, media & telecom, financial services, oil & gas, private equity, pharmaceuticals etc.

Shruti has worked with law firms in India and Big Four accounting firms in India and Singapore. Shruti holds an LL.M with a specialist course in international tax systems from the London School of Economics. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
