Stonepeak on its joint venture with the CMA CGM Group

AZB & Partners advised Stonepeak on its joint venture with the CMA CGM Group for the acquisition of stakes in 10 port terminals (across multiple jurisdictions) from CMA CGM, including its stake in the Nhava Sheva Freeport Terminal (which carries out operations and management of container terminals at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port).
