Cleanmax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited and its subsidiary, Clean Max Taurus Private Limited, on the investment by Apple India Private Limited of up to 49% stake in Taurus.

AZB & Partners represented Cleanmax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited and its subsidiary, Clean Max Taurus Private Limited, on the investment by Apple India Private Limited of up to 49% stake in Taurus. This marks a key milestone in Apple’s presence in the renewable energy sector in India. Cleanmax is India’s largest renewable energy solutions provider for the commercial and industrial sector. Through this investment, Apple and Cleanmax have entered into a strategic partnership for generation of renewable energy in India.

Our deal team comprised of our Senior Partner Niladri Maulik, Partner Siddharth Khanna, Senior Associates Priyasha Goyal and Mohit Sharma.
