AZB & Partners advised Meyer Organics Private Limited and Omega Meyer Limited, in relation to the sale of Vitabiotics business in India to Bain Capital.

Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Nandish Vyas, Partner Anshuman Bharadwaj, Senior Associate Deepti Narayanan and Associate Rishav Sen. They were also assisted by Senior Associate Priya Venkatesan and Associate Rikhil Haldar on execution aspects.
