AZB & Partners advised NH Investment & Securities Co. Ltd. on its strategic investment of INR 9,000 million in Choice Equity Broking Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Choice International Limited. Choice Equity Broking Private Limited is a tech-led brokerage platform catering to retail, HNI and institutional clients across equity, derivatives, currency and commodity markets, as well as depository services. This deal is expected to fuel business expansion, technology and scalability.
