AZB & Partners advised KKR on the acquisition of a 100% stake in Medicover India (Sahrudaya Health Care Private Limited), a multi-specialty healthcare provider.
The Firm represented and advised the Client on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents, due diligence, warranty and indemnity insurance, regulatory, debt structuring, and competition advice.
